Bayt Al-Zakat Australia is an Australian Public Company (ACN 109 492 408) established in 2004 to promote charitable purposes in Australia and Overseas.

In 2008, Bayt Al-Zakat Australia moved its international activities into a separate entity, Bayt Al-Zakat International (ACN 130 605 319).

The Board members of Bay Al-Zakat Australia are all Australian Muslims who dedicate their free time to investing and developing infrastructure for the social progression of Muslims in Australian and overseas.

Bayt Al-Zakat Australia board members are responsible for the development, direction and implementation of all projects of Bayt Al-Zakat.
